Detta har varit ett underbart Eric år! Eric vann Melodifestvalen 2011, kom TREA i Eurovision 2011 av 43 länder! sammanlagt!!! Hade en liten turné (som jag var på)
Sen hade Eric en sommarturné som var grym. Släppt Vol.1 och Vol.2 ,exlusiv signering i december. Och nu i vår blir det sååå spännande med POP EXPLOSION!!! :D <3

The oikotimes.com 2011 edition of Eurostar Award is now entering the second and final phase. Ten names are nominated in the public poll to win the prize. The nominations made by oikotimes.com taking in consideration your own comments in our previous phase article. You can start voting (up to 3 Eurostars) in the poll below this article from today and up to January 7th. Results will be announced immediately when the poll ends. 01. MALINA OLINESCU (ROMANIA)
Malina Olinescu tragically lost her life this year. Been a huge talent and one of the best Romanian entries in the history of the contest, this nomination is a small pray to her soul

02. RAPHAEL GUALAZZI (ITALY)
The first Italian participant after 14 years in the Eurovision Song Contest is also nominated for ranking 2nd in the overall and voted 1st by the jury. Raphael is enjoying success with his new songs, one of them in a FIAT commercial and dozens of concerts all over Italy

03. LYS ASSIA (SWITZERLAND)
Despite her age, the very first Eurovision winner, proved to all of us what the word “artist” means. She entered the Swiss national final 57 years after her triumph. Although she didn’t win the ticket to Baku, it shows to all of us a great lesson of life!

04. ERIC SAADE (SWEDEN)
Not only Popular but a true star, Eric conquers Europe everywhere he stands. Dozens of international fan clubs register thousands of members and even if he sneezes, he makes news all over Europe!

05. JEDWARD (IRELAND)
They are nuts and we love them for that. The Irish twins with no snub style decided to re enter again the Eurovision Song Contest and they are determined to bring the trophy back to Ireland. Their songs are all over major European TV stations and they also had the honor to sing for US President Obama in Dublin.

06. ELDAR & NIGAR (AZERBAIJAN)
They didn’t even imagine they can do it and they brought the first trophy to Azerbaijan becoming national heroes for a task which Azeri government spent in the past dozens of millions of Euros. Modest and with a refreshing style, they keep touring Europe receiving warm welcome everywhere.

07. VICKY LEANDROS (LUXEMBOURG)
The Greek born Diva made a surprise come back very interesting for the Eurofan community. She joined forces with Scooter (German selection 2004) and re-released the 1967 Luxembourg entry (the first participation of Vicky in Eurovision). The song is already smashing German airplay charts.

08. SIRUSHO (ARMENIA)
She was amazing performing at the 2011 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. It’s clear that Sirusho should return to the Eurovision Song Contest soon. She performed last December, live the 2008 Eurovision entry “Qele Qele” and left everyone voiceless!

09. STELLA MWANGI (NORWAY)
The biggest mistake Eurovision did in it’s history. Stella brought African sounds in the Eurovision Song Contest, she was indeed a favorite but weirdly she was eliminated. She cries, she smiles, she is full of energy and if you meet her it would be an experience. She also performed this year at the winner’s ceremony of the Nobel Prizes. At least some decided to recognize her true talent.

10. MAJA KEUC (SLOVENIA)
She is smashing everything in Slovenia and from newcomer turns into a huge star. Maja Keuc despite everyone’s belief that she will not make it, proceeded her country to the final. She is busy again with the Eurovision Song Contest as she co-hosts the national selection Misija Evrovizija. She is definitely a breakthrough!
